Brad was our server, he was very kind and helpful. Even thought they were short staff, we got great service. Food was good, the only thing was the wait time was a bit long again due to being short staffed. They also have a well stocked country store. And checker boards available outside for entertainment while you wait.

I'm not a big fan of Southern Cooking but, I've enjoyed every meal I've had there. My husband always get a side order of shrimp, no matter what he's ordering! The kids menu is great & the Chicken & Dumplings are a favorite. I love going into the little shop, there are so many cute figurines, candles, toys & lots of other things to buy. Everyone is always so friendly & ready to ready to help with anything you need. There is a bit of a wait time to be seated, but it's worth it!

Their is almost always a wait time to get a table.. Which to me means a good place to eat... My wife usually goes on line to request a table while we are on our way there.. The store is a cool place to look around and get some unique items while waiting for your name to be called for a table.. If you are in a hurry and want fast food, This ain't your place. IF you truly want to relax and browse and have some great food, Then this is your place.. Tonight was relax, enjoy the gift shop, have some great food, laughs, and a great waitres and staff..

My first time here and I loved it. I went around 9 am for breakfast on a Tuesday. There was a few customers but we were seated right away. I got the pecan pancakes with fruit on the side. The food was hot and fresh. My waitress was attentive and polite providing us with great service. I highly recommend this place for breakfast.

I am not from this area, but I chose Cracker Barrel today, and my order was for the Lemon Trout and 3 sides. I topped it off with an Apple Dumpling and Ice Cream because I was enjoying the relaxation I was feeling in this restaurant. I felt that was largely due to the fact I was fortunate enough to have Marjorie as my waitress today. I already like Cracker Barrel for their menu and their effort to differentiate from other selections out there. Marjorie, however, made this stop a delightful meal and a pleasurable visit. Her steady but not-too-frequent stops to make sure I have enough coffee, water, if the food is good, let you know she was on top of you enjoying your meal, but it was that ever-present smile that seems to help your mood and lighten the pressure of the day. To Management: Marjorie is a keeper. with all the restaurants I visit on a weekly basis, all year long...trust me when I offer that there are a lot of places you just get in, get your belly filled, and get out. Marjorie is why I will come back to this Cracker Barrel every time I pass through Midland Texas. THANK YOU to whoever saw her abilities and brought her aboard. She is a Keeper. Thanks!
